Labor Rates
Our standard labor rate is $75.00 for the first half-hour. Thereafter, we charge $15.00 per quarter-hour, rounded to the next quarter hour. Some services are performed at a flat rate, regardless of how long the job takes. If that applies to this request, you will be notified before any work is performed. In the event you require an estimate from the technician before repairs are initiated, and you choose to not proceed with the service request after receiving the estimate, you will only be charged the initial service fee of $75.00.
Scheduling
If you have not already been scheduled, you will receive a telephone call the afternoon before our technician comes, letting you know an approximate time the next day to expect our technician. Because prior jobs and weather sometimes requires the schedule to be modified, Pinch A Penny cannot guarantee that the schedule won't change. But, we promise to respect your time and we will make every effort to arrive on the scheduled day and time.
